It belongs to a class of drugs called ACE inhibitors, which work by relaxing blood vessels and reducing blood pressure. Indication: Hypertension. Dosage: Take one tablet once daily, preferably in the morning. Safety: Common side effects include cough, dizziness, and fatigue. Rare side effects include kidney damage, high levels of potassium in the blood, and allergic reactions. Precaution: Do not take Acepress 12.5mg Tablet if you have kidney disease, high levels of potassium in the blood, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
