Renator 500mg Tablet is a medication used to treat hypertension, heart failure, and for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. It works by relaxing blood vessels and reducing blood pressure. The recommended dosage is 25-50 mg every 6-8 hours as needed, not to exceed 450 mg in 24 hours. Common side effects include cough, dizziness, headache, and fatigue. Use with caution in patients with kidney disease, liver disease, or heart failure. Store at room temperature, away from moisture and heat.
