Ciprofloxacin Hexpharm 500mg Tablet is a broad-spectrum antibiotic used to treat various bacterial infections. It works by inhibiting bacterial DNA replication and transcription. Indication: Bacterial infections, including urinary tract infections, respiratory tract infections, and skin infections. Dosage: 250-750 mg every 12 hours, depending on the severity of the infection. Safety: Common side effects include nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal pain, headache, dizziness, and insomnia. Serious side effects include allergic reactions, seizures, and tendon rupture. Storage: Store at room temperature, away from light and moisture.
