Decadryl Exp Sirup is a cough and congestion relief medication used to relieve cough and congestion associated with upper respiratory infections, bronchitis, and asthma. It contains dextromethorphan and guaifenesin as its active ingredients. Indication: Asthma & Respiratory. Dosage: Adults and children over 12 years: 10-20 mL every 4-6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 60 mL in 24 hours. Safety: Common side effects include drowsiness, dizziness, stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, and dry mouth. Rare side effects include allergic reactions, rapid heartbeat, and changes in blood pressure. Storage: Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
