Abbotic Xl 500mg Tablet is a combination medication used to treat asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It contains salmeterol and fluticasone, which work together to open airways and reduce inflammation. The recommended dosage is 1 tablet twice daily for adults and 1/2 to 1 tablet twice daily for children. Common side effects include headache, cough, sore throat, bronchitis, pneumonia, sinusitis, and upper respiratory tract infection.
