Adults and children > of 12 years : 4-48 mg as a single or a split dose. Adrenocotical inference : 4-12mg per day as a single or divided dose. SLE, reumatic heart, acute hematology disorder : early 60mg per day

Catarak, glaucoma, fluid retention, non-specific ulcerative colitis, osteoporosis, miastenia gravis, oxulular herpes
Side Effects
Heart-congesive failure, hypotension, osteoporosis, hyperpigmentation, seizures, TIC and TIO increase
